I'm the founder of JuvoHR, partnering with businesses, leaders and HR professionals to address the people challenges that impact company growth & success.
Over twenty years leading people functions in fast growing international tech businesses. Most recently as Chief People Officer at Camunda, and previously in senior people leadership roles at GitLab, MongoDB, Ancestry and eBay across EMEA, APAC and North America. I am now bringing that experience to a small number of clients through JuvoHR.
My focus is simple: bring clarity, structure and pace to the situations that are often avoided or left too late.
